Zirtek Social Media Prize Draw

- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Information on how to enter and information on prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry of the Prize Draw (“Terms & Conditions”). Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Promoter: The promoter is UCB (Pharma) Ireland Ltd. United Drug House, Magna Drive, City West Road, Dublin D24 X0CT.
- Promotional Period: The Prize Draw commences on September 8, 2025 and ends on September 19, 2025 at 09:00 A.M. (GMT) (“Promotional Period”).
- Eligibility: This Prize Draw is only open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years and over who fulfill all of the entry requirements, excluding employees, contractors or agents of either the Promoter, its affiliates or its third-party service providers involved in this Prize Draw.
- To Enter: Leave a comment on Zirtek’s Prize Draw post on Facebook and/or Instagram as requested in the post.
- Entry Requirements: To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

- Additional Requirements:
- No purchase is necessary to enter; however, internet access is required per eligible participant.
- Only 1 entry per eligible participant (per social media platform) is allowed.
- No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted.
- Invalid Entries: An entry will be rejected by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) if it:
- contains defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
- includes the names or similar of any individual without their express permission;
- represents a danger to health and safety;
- disparages (in the opinion of the Promoter) the Promoter or its affiliates or its or their products or services or any other person or entity, whether or not affiliated with the Prize Draw;
- fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions (including eligibility of the participant); or
- is submitted by a participant who the Promoter reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of the Prize Draw.
- Prize: 6 x Pumpkin Carving Set valued at €32.90 each, awarded to 6 different winners. The Prize is not redeemable for cash (or other compensation), is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. No compensation will be payable if the winners are unable to use the prize as stated.
- Winner Selection: There will be six winners, (subject to sufficient eligible entries being received), who will be selected at random from valid entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner Notification: The Promoter will notify the winners by replying to their entry comments on Facebook/Instagram within 14 days after the end of the Promotional Period.
- Claiming prizes: To claim their prize, each winner will be required to respond to the Promoter via direct message within 7 days of the relevant winner’s notification above, and must include details of their full name, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number and address (including country of residence). If for whatever reason the Promoter does not receive, via direct message containing all of the foregoing details within the relevant 7-day period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The Promoter reserves the right to require a winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of residency to confirm eligibility in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Identification considered suitable for such verification is at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- Delivery of prizes: Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes from the date the winner has contacted the Promoter to claim their prize in accordance with Clause 12 above. In any event, prize winners shall receive their prize no more than 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the relevant prize during transit, nor liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the prize once received by the relevant winner.
- Changes to the terms of this Prize Draw: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Prize Draw at any time with no liability to any participant or any third party.
- Winner’s Consent to Promotional Activities: By accepting the Terms & Conditions, entrants agree for the Promoter to use (including publishing) their name and country of residence for any purpose connected to the Prize Draw, including digital activation and public relations activities in any form or medium. The winners may also be required free-of-charge, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities in connection with the winning of a prize and, by entering the Prize Draw, each winner consents to such participation.
- Processing of Personal Data: By entering the Prize Draw, each participant consents to the use of their personal data (including name, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number and address) for the purposes and on the terms described below and as otherwise set forth in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.zirtek.ie. The Promoter will use personal data for the purposes of implementing the Prize Draw in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (including verifying eligibility, prize delivery and promotional activities described in Clause 16). The Promoter may need to share personal data with other group companies or its third-party service providers for processing in connection with the purposes described above. The Promoter will comply with applicable data protection laws in the processing of personal data. Each participant can request details of their personal data held by the Promoter by contacting the Data Privacy Officer at dataprivacyuk@ucb.com or at the address of the Promoter set forth above.
- Release from liability of Promoter: By entering the Prize Draw, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, liabilities, costs, injuries, losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited).
- Facebook and Instagram are not associated with this Prize Draw.

Zirtek Allergy Relief (6+) and Zirtek Oral Solution (2+) contain cetirizine dihydrochloride. Zirtek is for the relief from itchy watery eyes, blocked or runny nose and sneezing caused by hayfever and winter allergens such as dust, pets and moulds as well as allergic itchy skin rashes (hives).
Zirtek Plus Decongestant (12+) contains pseudoephedrine and cetirizine dihydrochloride. Zirtek Plus Decongestant is for the relief of symptoms such as blocked or runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes or nose associated with hayfever and airborne winter allergens such as dust, pets, and moulds.
